is an architectural studio led by Ligia Krajewska and Jakub Pstraś, based in Gliwice, previously held in Warsaw, offering comprehensive design in architecture, urban planning, interiors and furniture.

We combine modern solutions with respect for local heritage and landscape which gives our projects an unique character.

A special part of our activity is work on buildings and in areas included in the of Registry of Cultural Property. We deal comprehensively with all the arrangements with the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments and obtain conservation permits.

Our offer is addressed to private and commercial investors. We provide comprehensive services and tailored to the individual needs of the most demanding clients. The essence of our activity is careful listening to the investor’s guidelines and finding a creative answer to his needs.

· Investment consulting · we support clients during the purchase of land plots by analyzing local spatial and formal-legal conditions, conducting absorption analyses, obtaining development conditions and conservation recommendations;

· Architectural design · comprehensively from conception to supervision of implementation, we obtain building permits, develop detailed and tender designs for newly designed as well as reconstructed facilities;

· Interior design · We provide full service from the idea, through detailed technical design, to supervision of implementation: we arrange residential and public interiors, design furniture, lighting and corporate identity systems;

· Supervisions · During construction process, we watch over the compliance of the works with the project, agree on color and material solutions, assist in the selection of contractors, and respond on an ongoing basis to the need for replacement solutions;
